I don't know what to say...You know we Japanese had an awful earthquake 3.11.
Fortunately, my family and I are safe even my parents, relatives and friends who lives in devastated area. But it took a week to contact them all.

We haven't return to naturally life yet. May be it takes a lot of time.
But surely we'll get over this difficulty, surely.

my rule

This is my refrigerator. Do you think it is poor? I don't think so. In my opinion, empty refrigerator means that we ate all foods, did not waste foods .
Today our life is too rich. But it's foolish to waste a lot of food, isn't it?
I don't like waste food, so I made a rule to finish eating all of foods once a week.

Girl and Doll Festival

It is "Girl and Doll Festival" today. Family with daughter display this traditional doll named "HINA-NINGYO", then wish for good health and happiness.

Actually, this set of dolls is mine, presented by my great-grandmother.
It's my pleasure to come down to daughter.

law-fat curry

There are a lot of curry from European to Asian.
Recently I like Asian, especially Thai curry.
Vegetable rich in, and no heavy stomach. Of course, law fat.

I'm a chocolateaholic

TOMO CHOCO become popular in JAPAN.
It means to give a chocolate to friends(TOMODACHI in japanese) each other.
Of course my daughter made many TOMO chocos, and exchanged.

I made for my husband ,son, and myself :)
I love chocolate. when I chose a cake, absolutely chose chocolate one.

To do in winter

It was freezing day today. I made marmalade of Kumquat, that was MY TO DO in winter.
Do you know Kumquat? I grow up enough to realize that Kumquat has great smell.
Boil it with sugar, drop just a little soy sauce at the end. I think the soy sauce make taste very good.

This marmalade prevent cold, and of course taste delicious. Put in tea, or sweet for teatime...whatever you like. It made me so happy.

It's snowing now

It is snowing now, but snow is pretty rare in TOKYO.
It makes me want to stay at home, and snuggle under the Kotatsu, but brings a lot of fun for children.

My hometown is northen part of Japan, and it has a lot of snow every year. So I love looking snow flies. There is a possibility of snow tonight. Are they able to make a snowman tomorrow ?
